A Design of High Precise And Self-Bias Bandgap Reference Source

The bandgap reference(BGR)source is the basic building block of integrated circuit.According to the analysis and summary of the traditional CMOS bandgap reference source electric circuit,based on CSMC 0.5 μm mixed CMOS process,applied shielding effect of cascoded current mirror,and unified the first-level temperature compensation and the current feedback technology and an operational amplifier circuit,a band gopsource circuit with high power source rejection ratio,low-temperature coefficient and the self-bias voltage bandgap reference source was designed.
