Improved detection algorithm for radar based on Hough transform

In this paper,a new algorithm is proposed for radar detection based on Hough transform.Unlike the traditional method,the idea of the proposed scheme is that the points in data space can be mapped into the Hough parameter space of slope and intercept.The parameter cells can be shifted to implement this transform.Therefore,the computation burden is reduced.In addition, the false alarm probability and detection probability are also investigated.And then its efficiency is shown with some simulations.Finally,the reduction of computation is illuminated in details.
