Percepetual fash filtering

This paper introduces a method that used perceptual criterion to reduce the complexity of the filtering (convolution) methods for applications above.The proposed method is called Perceptual Fast Filtering(PFF).The results show that PFF provides almost the same quality as normal fast filtering method,but with less computation.
