Manufacturing execution system builds a bridge between manufacturing management information system and equipments controlling system ,fills the gap between the upper management and lower controlling of enterprises. In order to enhance the total performance of manufacturing execution system,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the performance of each manufacturing unit. In this paper,we presented a factor tree and elaborated the application of a synthetical performance analysis and evaluating model for manufacturing execution system,the model is based on IAHP and fuzzy barycenter quadrature.
