This paper proposes a design principle and realization method of the highspeed arbitrary waveform generator module based on VXIbus It presents the key hardware technology of exploiting VXIbus A16/A24 registerbased interface and realizing highspeed waveform synthesis And the development method of module′s instrument driver is introduced The experiment shows that the developed arbitrary waveform generator module can reach the design target
