On Game-theory Analysis of Criminal Implement Process

The process of criminal implement is characterized by its flat structure.This gives a narrow space for participating par-ties to play a just game.But in the author’s opinion in order to play a game justly we should think it from theoretical perspective,time and space,comparison of information and balanced result to build up a reasonable structure in the pro-cess of criminal implement.
