Lightning Protection Design for Hangzhou Broadcast & TV Center Building

In order to meet the special lightning protection requirements of Hangzhou broadcast TV center, its lightning protection was designed, which integrated several methods, such as protection against direct lightning, protection against lightning electromagnetic pulse, shielding, equipotential bonding, et al. Combining with the comprehension of GB 50057—1994Design Code for Protection of Structures against Lightning, the idea and the implementing methods were expounded in detail. The new lightning protection products which were applied in design were introduced briefly.
