The Design of Active Measuring Instrument on Over-sampling for Grinding

This article introduces the design of a new active measuring instrument for grinding.This instrument takes the SILICON Company's 8-bit SCM C8051F020 as the core,and uses the KNY12864 LCD and two-color LED electronic light beam as the display device.Through the grinding parts size signal level superimposes the triangle wave to over-sampling data,using over sampling technology in 12 bit AD conversion of C8051F020 chip to obtain the 16 bit resolution.The design reduces the quantization error and improves the signal to noise ratio.
