Some problems needing attention in newly built cathodic electrophoresis line

Some problems needing attention in cathodic electrophoretic coating process were introduced, including electrophoresis tank, circulating and filtering system, anode, power distribution system, rinsing process after electro-phoretic coating, ultrafiltration system and drying chamber. The corresponding improvement measures were given.
