On-line Detection Technology for Dimension of Inner Diameter of Bearing Based on Machine Vision

By virtue of the computer image processing technology,for the pre-processed edge image,on-line detection technology of subpixel level for the inner diameter of bearing is realized using the subpixel-level edge detecting algorithm for circle based on point Hough transform in this paper.The system has such advantages as non-touching,fast speed,high precision,low cost,good universality,and so on,so it can be applied widely to the on-line inspections of other products.
