Measures of Setting up Enterprise Quota Based on the Data Valid Checking

Based on the theory of errors,a method is presented about how to set up the enterprise quota by eliminating the false and retaining the ture. This method ascertains the enterprise quota ultimately by steps such as judging system error,eliminating bulky error,checking that whether the quantity of valid data is up to the request or not,using the way of the second average,so can avoid the fault because of the data distortion. At the same time it applys computer technology on the method to improve efficiency and accuracy of the enterprise quota.
