An Empirical Study into Key Factors Affecting Service Quality of Application Service Provider

An empirical study based on 91 questionnaires into small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Wuhan,together with literature review of service quality,finds out that SMEs in Wuhan are concerned with the integrity and reliability of the application service provider(ASP),the trouble-free of software,the security of service,the practicable of function,the reliability of performance,and strategic cooperation in their selection of ASP services.
