Improved Determinate Conditions for the Nonsingular H-matrix

Nonsingular H-matrices play an important role in control theory,mathematical economics,dynamic system,etc.But it is diffcult to determine the nonsingularity of a nonsingular H-matrix in practice.In this paper,a set of determinate conditions for nonsingular H-matrices are obtained,which improved and generalized recent results.Numerical result indicates the conditions are practical and effective.
