lmportance of ontology is being recognized in a various research and application areas , including knowledge engineering , database design and integration , information retrieval and extractio n, software engineering, and natural language processing. Especially it s application in the World Wide Web, which leads to the semantic Web, shows an attractive solution to share Web information with awareness of semantics.Currently.the design of the ontology has not been a integrated methodology and has not form a engineering ideology. This paper is based on the methodologies that are existed, then using the ideology of the software engineering, present a new methodology of the design of the ontology to resolve the problem effectively.
