Research on Knowledge Representation for Emergency Cases Based on Semantic Web

It is an effective way to refer to the past practices(emergency cases),and the knowledge contained in the cases which can be expressed through semantic web.First there are 4 elements in a complete emergency case: the emergency itself,the command group(decision-makers),the decision,and the performance of decision,then semantic graphs are established to describe the 4 elements and their relationship;finally DTD files are constructed to define the structure of the elements in the graphs,and the above mentioned semantic web of emergency cases can be used as the frame of domain ontology construction for emergency cases.
