Do Work handover well、for the smooth transition of project

The software personnel has the high fluidity, personnel’s demission and manoeuvre is the reason of frequent work handover. Between the handover of old and new people, How to do the handover for the smooth transition to minimize the effect on the project? This paper emphasize the importance on the J project to help to understand the problem and trouble in handover, in order to talk over how to do the work handover well.
