The concrete functions of it are purview management, user management, accounts management receivirg mails, sending Mails and directory management. It roundly holds out multiusers, multiaccounts for all kinds of users, especially for enterprise administrators and home users. The paper mainly introduces the procedure of the design and practice of the client mail management program under Windows.
