Research on the Zoology Theory and Establishment of Information Cirching Ring

This paper explains the relative concept,basic motivity,procession motivity,main characteristics of information zoology circle by using the theory and method of ecology,discusses the basic thinking of carrying out information zoology circle theory,analyzes the basic construct of information zoology circle,which include element construct and system construct,puts forward some key problem in constructing the circling ring of information zoology.
