Enterprise semantic integration & business collaboration platform oriented to steel continuous casting equipment MRO

By analysing shortcomings of previous information systems for Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operations(MRO)and in view of the characteristics of MRO,the MRO-oriented semantic integration and business collaboration platform was constructed by borrowing standards and techniques,like Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)、semantic Web and business process management,etc.The ontology model in MRO knowledge layer of the platform was studied deeply,and the key techniques,including the collaboration and implementation framework of business process services and ontology-mapping-based enterprise semantic integration,were discussed.Finally,a prototype for the steel continuous casting equipment MRO was presented.
