Elliptic curve cryptography with the highest safety before quantum cryptography come to use.An important foundation for ECC's safety is the selection of secure elliptic curve.This paper summarizes a number of secure elliptic curve selection rules first,and then combined with an existing algorithm of secure curve selection,discussed the related key technologies based on the prime field.Introduced the latest order seeking theory of elliptic curve finite group and primality testing algorithm to the selection algorithm, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the overall performance of the algorithm.
