Forming Cross Functional Team in Concurrent Engineering Based on Protégé

As a method of optimizing cross-functional team composition,knowledge-intensive approaches has been utilized to build project teaming models into ontology.In this paper,tested knowledge ontology is constructed by using protege.Meanwhile,executable logic rules are created for knowledge inference between individuals.Based on the factual facts and inferred knowledge,selecting project team members in runtime can be realized.
