The key algorithm for secure elliptic curve selection

In this paper we introduce some effective algorithm of general and specific elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem,and give two security key algorithm for elliptic curve selected.These algorithms are elliptic curve cryptography to achieve an important guarantee for the safe and efficient.
