It is the nucleus issue of irrigation district information construction that setting up management information system in irrigation fields.This paper starts at the composing of MIS in lager irrigation district.First,it makes up of three parts,information management system,geography information system,and decision support system.We discussed the function of subsystem.Example for developing MIS of irrigation district of Hong-jin in Jiangsu province,explain the implement of structure,function and way.
