Analysis on Surround Thunder-struck of 110~500 kV Transmission Lines

Based on the thunder-struck distance and lightning drawing angle phase the author analyzed the surround thunder-struck of 110~500 kV transmission lines and put forward the method to determine the lightning drawing range of the ground wire,protective range and surround thunder-struck range for 110~500 kV transmission lines.The analyzed and calculated results have proved that the surround thunder-struck has relations to the convex topography,wood,buildings near to the lines and under the central conductor of the span,protective angle of ground wire to the conductor,vertical distance between the ground wire and conductor.
