Research on the topic that conversion from plan to three dimension belongs to duplication in copyright law

Convert drawings into real industrial products is the main purpose of industrial design.But law does not clearly defined for this behavior which convert from plan to three-dimension.Being the absence of the legislation,there are different attitudes towards this kind of conversion in judicial practice.This paper intends to analyze the substance of such conversion and international current practice,and put forward that this type of conversion should be incorporated into our legal system to meet the economic development and expansion of international exchanges.
