Investigation of Accurate and Nonlinear Rectification System to The Platinum Resistance

Platinum resistor is a therminstor that makes use of relationship between resistance and temperature. The application of Platinum resistance is very wide-ranging when it is used in temperature detection system as temperature transducer. But its nonlin-earity affects the precision of measurement, so the nonlinearity becomes an important problem to deal with in temperature detection. The principal causes of nonlinearity in temperature measurement are analyzed and the methods of eliminating or reduceding nonlinear errors are discussed from different aspects in this chaper. The proposed methods of linear rectification are practical.
