Decision-Making Model of Air Defense Operational Plan Based on SPA-AHP Methods
Hong Ying He · Ordnance Industry Automation · 2007
Evaluation model of the air defense operational plan is made by using of set pair analysis and AHP. First, the ideal plan is drawn up by creation of the decision-making matrix of plans to be evaluated. Then, the AHP method is adopted to determine the weights of evaluation indexes in order to form the connection matrix of the plan to be evaluated and the ideal plan. Through linear superposition synthesis of the value of each index with its corresponding weight coefficient, the optimal air defense combat plan is chosen and obtained after the plan candidates are sorted by way of degree of identity.
