The new method was proposed by using the digital signature and digital watermark technology combined with the methods to solve the security problem of electronic inspection report. This method is intuitive features of the traditional seal check. Electronic inspection reports document digital signatures and electronic stamp with the electronic signature as a watermark is embedded electronic stamp. In order to solve electronic inspection report integrity and unforgeability under the environment of electronic commerce. Through the experimental verification,this method can be used to solve the security problem of electronic inspection report.
