In order to realize the digital management of oil field transferring procedure, in view of oil gathering station's production management, a integrated solution of the vehicle dispatching system , vehicle intelligence management system, intelligent image recognition system, industrial weighing machinery computer management system and mobile terminal checking system based on the general functions and characteristics of the oil transferring management.Then the organization architecture and key techniques of the solution are discussed.Practice has proved that the solution comes to the anticipative target.
