Enterprise customer resource management system is an integral part of the enterprise informational,it can have a scientific and efficient management of enterprise customer resources.This system is mainly to achieve customer data management,customer level management and other functions,to provide enterprises with a management of existing resources,develop a platform for new resources to enhance enterprise competitive advantage in the promotion of enterprise development.
