On the Protection of Journal Copyright in the Internet Circumstance

In the practice and the theorical reseach the periodical copyright is frequently neglected,and this fact has close relation with the tort of periodical copyright.The periodical copyright owner enjoys the personal and property copyright taking the periodical whole as the object.The subject of periodical copyright is not the dual subjects,and the periodical association or the periodical sponsor unit are the periodical copyright subjects.For the present,the development of internet makes the infringement of periodical copyright to be easier, and brings the challenge for the periodical copyright protection.To protect the periodical copyright in the internet circumstance,we must solve the problem of the evidence collection and the region jurisdiction in lawsuit,determine the person to take responsibility including the network service business and the problem of estimating the compensation amount.
