Research of pathogenic factors and psychological nursing efficacy on neurasthenia

Objective To investigate the effect of pathogenic factors and psychological nursing on neurasthenia. Methods 68 patients with neurasthenia treated in our hospital and 360 cases of residents in the residential area from December 2014 to February 2015 were selected.The questionnaire survey were used to investigated residents.Valid questionnaires were sorted and analyzed by single and multiple-factor analysis.Patients with neurasthenia were divided into the conventional group and the interventional group,34 cases in each group.In conventional group,conventional nursing was conducted.In interventional group,psychological nursing was used on the basis of conventional nursing.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results Patients with neurasthenia compared with health people,life pressure was higher,self adjusting ability was lower,harmonious interpersonal relationship was less,and sleep status was worse.The high life pressure and nervous interpersonal relationship were risk factors of neurasthenia.After psychological nursing,the total effective rate in intervention group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than 73.53% of conventional group(P 0.05).The nursing total satisfaction in intervention group was94.12%(32/34),which was significantly higher than 76.47%(26/34) of conventional group(P 0.05). Conclusion Life pressure and interpersonal relationship are important factors causing neurasthenia. Psychological nursing can obviously improve the psychological status in patients with neurasthenia,and improve the clinical efficacy,it is worthy of popularization and application.
