Based on the review of the four stages in the Shendong mining area development and from the management mode and information means,introduced the measures of the equipment and assets management.From the equipment full service time management,the equipment regulation and matching principle and the equipment utilization rate improvement,stated the high efficient equipment regulation and matching management mode as well as the related method of the optimized equipment regulation and matching for the coal mine group with an annual production over 10 Mt per each mine.With the auxiliary equipment regulation management of the equipment management information platform,the equipment regulation and matching management of the coal mine group with an annual production over 10 Mt per each mine could be more accuracy and fine.
