A Low-voltage Low-power Band-gap Voltage Reference

In this paper,on basis of the analysis of traditional bandgap voltage reference,a bandgap voltage reference is developed in which the subthreshold is employed to low the supply voltage of the circuit and the power,and the resistive subdivision is also applied to get lower output voltage.The simulation results using PSpice show that the circuit is lowpower,lowvoltage and low temperature coefficient.
