Investigation and realization of fault diagnosis expert system in tobacco sugar auto-blend

Aiming at the precision and reliability problems in tobacco industry,based on basic fault diagnosis methods,the classification ideology of fault diagnosis is applied,four math models in point are put forward,and a fault diagnosis expert system based on sugar auto-blend system is developed by VC++ 6.0 tool.The application result is that this system can realize history and real-time data auto introduction,primary fault diagnosis,exact fault diagnosis,and self-study functions,and can meet reliability and precision desire of fault diagnosis.
