Detection and Visualization of Separation Surfaces Based on Topological method

In the visualization of time-dependent 2D vector fields,discrete integration of stream surfaces and discontinuity of Poincare map while detected separation surface.An improved method was proposed.It apply Sobel operator detected seeding curves and integration of seeding curves to surfaces.The results demonstrate that this method is more efficient and precision on detecting the separation surface.
