Image Retrieval Technique Based on Shape-spatial Relationship

To solve practical problem,this paper proposes a new image retrieval method which based on wavelet transform,gets the shape and spatial relationship features,normalizes the combined features and uses it as the standard of image’s similarity metric.The test demonstrates that image retrieval based on combineation of spatial shape and relationship features has a very good retrieval effect.
