A chip design of novel chopper-stabilized operational amplifier was presented,chopper-wave modulation and demodulation used in the architecture, and its 1/f noise decreased largely. To extend input common mode voltage range,a rail-to-rail differential amplifier was adopted in the input-stage at the same time. The range of input common-mode voltage is zero to power supply, and it consumes about 22 μA quiescent current. When input signal frequency is 1 kHz and output power is 0.5 W,the THD of the output signal is only 0.05%.It is better than one foreign chip which is not integrated with chopper stabilized and rail-to-rail circuit.
