Modeling and Multi-objective Optimization for Queuing System with QuickPass

To minimize waiting time of tourists in an amusement park and improve their satisfaction,modeling and multi-objective optimization for quick pass system is achieved by improving quick pass line′s design and adding tourists′type.Firstly,the evaluation system is built which is affected by average waiting time,average residence time and tourists′satisfaction,based on which the initial multi-objective optimization model is proposed.Furthermore,a multi-objective optimization model is built by improving the design of the quick pass line and taking practical factors into consideration.Finally,the solving algorithm is given.The simulation results show that the optimized model can greatly reduce tourists' waiting time and improve their satisfaction.
