A Track Initiation Algorithm of Active and Passive Location System

To solve the problem of four threats in radar system and passive style and low precision in passive location system,the combination of active and passive location system in integrated active and passive style has become the focus of recent research.Track initiation is the chief problem of the target tracking in the system,in which active and passive measurement need to be fused,and the essence is heterogeneous sources data fusion.The characteristic of track initiation of the active and passive location system is analyzed,and a new track initiation algorithm is proposed.The simulation demonstrates the affectivity of the algorithm.
