Based on analyzing the information flow of vehicle initiative safety, a Vehicle- Driver-Condition model is studied in this paper. This model includes three parts: information apperceiving , safety decision-making and driving habits auditing. Sensors mounted on vehicle are used to acquire the parameters of condition and vehicle traveling state in time, and then, characteristic model of vehicle traveling state is formed to support the credible information for safety decision-making. Based on this, a pertinent information fusion method based on fuzzy integral is presented, and it can make a decision for traveling model and realize collision avoidance and active safety. Finally, a transform method based on local reconstruction is presented to process the driving habits records real time. This method realizes auditing driving habits. Experiments show that the system can support the alarm signal and decision accurately and in time.
