Design of C-band PLL Local Oscillator

The phase-locked loop(PLL) is widely applied to the design of clock system,the paper exhaustively analyzes the performance and parameter of each constituent.According to the theory of PLL and the transfer functions of the loop filter,the option and calculation of the loop filter′ parameters is given.Then a design of C-band fixed frequency local oscillator is presented.At last,a 5.12 GHz local oscillator using ICs is realized,which has a good performance.
