Analysis on the Slow Sales of Celery in Xi'an Based on Market Failure Theory

In 2011,vegetable farmers in Xi'an and other regions of China suffered great loss,some farmers even destroyed their vegetable lands to avoid more loss.Vegetables growing appeared to be with high risks.According to the market failure theory and field investigation data,the underlying reasons leading to the slow sales of celery in Xi'an were exposed,and some solutions were proposed.
