DSA Subtraction Experience of Elderly Patients with Liver Disease

Objective To find out the reasons for the failure and poor subtraction images of the elderly patients with liver disease.Methods GE's Innova 4100 digital angiography machine and Mark V ProVis60/150 high pressure injector were used.The digital subtraction angiography images of 40 cases in recent months were analyzed retrospectively.Results High-quality images possessed 80%,good images accounted for 15%,and images need to be re-subtracted was 5%.Conclusion Good images can be gotten by setting a suitable contrast agent injection rate,concentration,volume,injection pressure and other parameters,along with the cooperation of the patients.
