Analysis and design of contract management information system

Contract management is the important integral part of modern enterprise management, managing contract with computer is the future development direction. For the difficult problems of contract management information systems development,this paper based on the prophase research, follows software engineering's ideas and methods to analyze and design. First,it analyzes with use case model,to identify the variety of roles' system requirements. Then,it summarizes design with hierarchical graph to identify the main module and its functions. Finally,illustrates the data operations detailed design method with the example of sales contract using IPO chart. Contract management system developed with this paper research content,can meet the enterprise internal information transmission timely,rapid response,and efficient sharing demands,for enterprises to improve economic efficiency, management level and informational process services.
