Application of P3 software to strengthen project schedule control

According to the experience gained through the practical usage of P3 software in the 2 imported 900 MW su- percritical coal-fired units of the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant phase Ⅱ project the condition of the application of P3 software to strengthen schedule management of the large capacity fossil power plant projects were discussed and recom- mended.Moreover,combined with practical application,the understanding of the application of P3 to the plan compilation and dynamic control was also illustrated,and comments were also given as to application prospect of P3 software.
