The function of the diffusion layer of block cipher is closely related to the properties of its probability space.Starting from the relationship between invertible matrix and invertible linear transformation,this paper studies invertible matrix counting under specified conditions.Counting formulas are given and applied in the research on properties of invertible linear transformation probability space.
