Legal Protection of Copyright under the Background of Triple Play

From the very beginning of Copyright Law,it has always kept an interactive relationship with scientific development.The birth of triple play means another breakthrough of information dissemination technology,which will inevitably exerts great influence on copyright.During the time when we will soon step into the era of triple play,the rights of copyright owners are expanded,and the protection range of copyright has been extended.This leads to the sharp price increase in licensing fee,and new types of infringement disputes and rights conflict.Based on the legal analysis of triple play,and taking copyright issues into consideration,some suggestions are provided by the authors with the purpose to perfect copyright system in the era of triple play.
