Design of Self-Test System for a Certain Gyroscope

Aiming at the problems such as short MTTF,high fault rate and difficulty of external test in gyroscope,a self-test system was designed.Firstly,the gyroscope failure was analyzed and the self-test scheme was proposed.Then,the integrated and embedded self-test circuit was designed based on single chip ADUC812 and nixie tube etc.The self-test software was programmed based on assembly language.The experimental results show the effectiveness of the self-test system.
