High Power Electronics Equipment Test Method and Its Equivalence Mechanism

The study on high power electronics equipment test has always been in a state of muddle-headed and blind.So the systematic theory is imperative Based on the characteristic of high power electronics equipments,the determination of test objective and hierarchy,the physical test methods,and the reliability test are analyzed.The conception of “digital aided test” is proposed for the first time.The design method and principle of test equipments is proposed.The mathematic model for equivalence mechanism study is built up.The equivalence principle is advanced and the analytic methods such as mathematical analysis,sensitivity analysis,objective function optimization,similarity theory analysis are elaborated,as well as the appraisal method.So the theoretical base is founded for future study on the test method and its equivalence mechanism.
